I absolutely recommend this villa. Thasos, who was our host on site, was very friendly, helpful and courteous! Both, he and his colleague have a suave manner which we really appreciated. The facilities of the villa are very suitable for a group of people with all you need and the sea view from the villa as well as from the infinity pool is just amazing! Especially, if you wake up (or just come from mykonos town) in the early morning you will enjoy breathtaking sunrises. Further, there is a driving service which is available 24/7 and working very well. If you want to save little money, I can recommend to rent some quads for the use during the day and to use the driving service when partying. Summarizing, I recommend this villa and a vacation on the beautiful island of mykonos. The accommodation is perfect if you search for a villa with lots of privat sphere, a 10-15 min walk to the beach, and probably one of the most amazing private sea views you can have! Thank you for everything!!!

They both showed great hospitality and cared for our groups comfort/stay. Both stayed in touch throughout are stay and had great communication. They were both quick to respond to any requests and questions that we had. Their recommendations and services were truly appreciated and thoughtful. I would definitely reach out to their recommended driving/transportation services referrals. The villa location was perfect and obviously the views were beautiful and amazing as pictured. Additionally, the villa was clean and the amenities were terrific. Our group had an amazing time! About our host: Theo was always available, and very quick to respond to questions from before we booked, to after. He looked into boats for us, picked up our laundry, helped arrange taxi, dropped our bags at airport on last day which was very convenient, an even did grocery shopping before we arrived from list we provided. Super host! About our villa: It definitely matches the description and the pictures are true. No surprises. Location wise it’s a little out of the way to Mykonos town and other hotspots. On the outside the villa has a wonderful good sized infinity pool with amazing views. Inside the villa its nicely decorated and each bedroom has a toilet/shower which was very convenient, and air conditioning throughout the villa. It was very clean upon arrival and was also cleaned during our stay. In summary our group of 5 enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back and recommend to others.

The position of the accommodation is superb. Super Paradise beach is stunning and actually a great spot. We travelled around the island and tried out the other beaches and we all agreed that the sand (tiny little pebbles opposed to fine sand) was fantastic and the sea water the clearest and least polluted (any beach which has water sports will mean pollution and churned up particles of seaweed). The accommodation is very good. Air conditioning worked perfectly and bathrooms were functional with good water pressure and hot water for showering). The outdoor space is spacious and the pool and spa is a must have when wanting to just laze around a pool with privacy. The views are also wonderful from the pool and outdoor dining table. The staircase to the upstairs bedroom is very small, so you need to be agile, but this all added to the whole experience of Greece. The two downstairs bedrooms shared a central bathroom which was functional. Theo and his business partner Thasos were great hosts, bending over backwards to help and organize anything you wanted…. they are well connected!! We were a family of 5 adults. The music on the beach stops at midnight, but we found it fine during the day. Highly recommended way to enjoy Mykonos.

Our stay at this place was incredible. Drivers where arranged to pick us up from the airport and drop us where we were met by Theo who was very welcoming and showed us around the incredible villa. The villa has two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs all beautifully decorated. The villa was equipped with everything that we could need. The view was incredible and we also had a complimentary private yoga session (which was amazing) The driving service was great reliable, nice and trustworthy drivers. Thanasis is an incredible host, who will ensure that your stay is throughly easy, relaxing and special. We came to Theo’s villa for a bachelorette party of 9. We added a roll away bed to each room, which was a bit tight, but we made it work! All the communal spaces worked well for such a large group. There were plenty of area inside and out to hang out and eat. The location is absolutely perfect. You share a driveway with a bar/restaurant called Jackie O’s and can walk down to the beach from here. We had more then a few meals at Jackie-O’s and lounged by their pool. Breakfast was great and they have an espresso machine if you are like me and can’t get through a week without a good latte. The beach below has a few different bars and is beautiful. Probably my favorite swimming beach of the four we went to. There are lots of lounging options- on the sand of beds and lots of water sport options. Our favorite spot was definitely Jackie’s but Super Paradise was really fun too. The sand is a little softer at this end of the beach and they have well priced lounge chairs, massages on the beach, and a pretty rowdy party staring around 7-8. Theo was helpful from the moment he picked us up from the airport, took us to the grocery store and atm, and dropped us off at the villa. He arranged drop off of food from a local restaurant which we ate on the large patio at sunset for the first night. He suggested excellent restaurants and bars and let us know which nights were best to go. We did yoga on the patio one morning and swam in the pool after. One of the only times we used the pool- but it was early in the season and not too hot out. We did however end up in the jacuzzi at the end of most nights which got really hot and was incredible with the cool wind that blows over the hills. He also provided crutches for one of the women who tore her calf muscle on the trip! Just above and beyond any other host I have encountered. Our trip highlights were below: – Scorpios for dinner ( the lobster orzo!! $$$ but worth it!) at sunset and dancing on the sand after – Dinner on a private patio overlooking the ocean and windmills at Katerina’s downtown. We are not sure if they always open up this patio as it was off a private apartment above the restaurant but it was incredible. – Sailing to Delos and lunch on the boat ( one of the best meals we had! Ohhh the lamb) with (Website hidden by Airbnb) – All our meals at Jackie O’s and lounging by their pool during the day and at sunset. – Tubing at the beach below the villa. We did the 8 person spinning tube and it was hilarious. – Morning yoga on the patio. I’d do 8am or sunset. When I come back to Mykonos I’ll come…

This place is breath taking!! The indoor and outdoor space were both beautiful and comfortable. Access to the beach was so quick and easy, and yet the villa still felt private and secluded at the same time. The hosts were so thoughtful, and checked in frequently to ensure we were well taken care of. A truly breathtaking villa! Fantastically furnished and upkept, it was a real treat to stay in. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas- the pool, hot-tub and seating areas. Theo was a great host- helping arrange for cars, a boat trip, and a bonus yoga class. He went out of his way to insure we had a great time. Situated right atop Super Paradise Beach and Jackie O’s beach location, it’s a great villa for those looking to enjoy their stay in Mykonos, and have a little fun. Once the beach clubs close you can enjoy a beautifully peaceful evening overlooking the sea and stars. The villa is a little far from the town- which is to be expected in Mykonos. Great stay at this Villa! Theo was great and always responded fast while we were finishing up the details to arrive in Mykonos. We asked to get atvs for us. They have connections for everything and they got us nice atvs that ran great. Tasos met us at the port and led us to the villa. When we were arrived it was as beautiful as the pics look. Tasos took the time to show us every detail of the villa and made sure we knew how everything worked. We had a blast with our time on Mykonos and I would definitely stay at this villa again!

Theo was absolutely amazing!!! Showed up at the port and right off the get go was a huge help. Took us to our rental cars and even with two cars we were unable to fit all the luggage because someone cough cough brought 3 huge bags themselves, Theo was there too help and bring our remaining bags as well as pick us up at the end and take us back to the port. Theo was also extremely helpful showing us where to go to get groceries and the best bars/restaurants and spots in town.

WOW! Where can I start? All the way from a airport ride to the Villa to the amazing customer service we received. Tasos is the man! This house is all about your comfort. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! You are literally couple steps down from SUPER PARADISE BEACH, JACKIE-O and amazing water activities. 10 minutes ATV ride to Cavo Paradiso and tropicana beach clubs! Tasos came by every other day to bring us brand new towels, had a cleaner come every day to clean the house and made sure we had some cold waters in our fridge! I HIGHLY SUGGEST A STAY IN THIS VILLA! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK NEXT YEAR AND EVERY YEAR AFTER!

The house is just perfect. The location is very good and the view over the sea is amazing and from this spot you can enjoy almost everyday a beautiful sunset. If you choose this house, a perfect time is guaranteed. We were three couples and stayed in this house for two weeks. The layout of the house is perfect. Each bedroom is nicely decorated and has it’s own bathroom, which gives you lots of privacy. Kitchen and living room are small but spacious enough and meet all basic functionalities. The outdoor area is very beautiful as well. The pool has a good size and as mentioned above a beautiful view. The house definitely matches the description and the pictures are true. No surprises! We had a wonderful time at Villa Querida, Thanks to our wonderful host Theo for making the whole stay enjoyable. He came to pick us from the Port, and had our car rental ready for us at the port. My sister and family was arriving late that night and he accompanied us to the airport to pick them. The villa is high up, so view from the Villa was simply spectacular, we enjoyed sitting in the Jacuzzi and soaking in the view. The super paradise beach is just a few steps away and the property has a private access to it. The access road is a steep winding road, was a fun drive though…recommend using a manual transmission car or a quad bikes. There is a whole BBQ area, for a fun private BBQ dinner.. We were 2 families with teenagers – 8 of us. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place, it’s amazing and most importantly Theo makes sure he responds to messages and calls and is available if you have any issues.

Good idea to hire transport to travel back and forth to town. However Theo can arrange transport for a fee (good idea to compares costs). The spa pool was great when it wasn’t quite warm enough to swim in the pool/sea some days. There is a path down to the beach via Jackie O beach club which was great. Thanasis and Dimitra were superb hosts. Highly recommended. They went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Dimitra even went so far as to help us with our lost luggage. She even delivered it to us in the house when it arrived at the airport a few days later! The house is a classic example of Greek Island design and architecture. The pool is amazing. Took a swim every morning. The house is on a hill with a great view of Mykonos bay and a perfect vantage point for the stunning sunsets. Great place to stay.

I stayed in Villa Illusion with 8 friends for a hen do in July 2016 and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. Highly recommend this villa and the exceptional hosts! The villa is beautiful, exactly as you would expect from the photos with stunning views of the sea, with really charming traditional Mykonian decor. The pool and terrace area was also lovely, all very clean and well kept. What really made the trip for us was the amazing service and assistance that we had from the villa host, Theo who was only ever a phone call or a text away if we needed anything and nothing was too much trouble. He also knows everything about the island for those who would like some advice on all the best places and restaurants to visit and was very quick to respond to my string of queries both before and during the trip! If you want any advice or help with your holiday schedule, Theo is your guy! I highly recommend the driver service that is offered with the villa as this worked amazingly well. I don’t know what we would have done without it actually! To us it meant we could be dropped off and collected whenever we wanted day or night, with no need to look for parking spaces, navigate our way around the island, or nominate a designated driver! It meant we could pack a lot into 3 days so we really made the most of our trip. Driver Alex was also fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful! I would not hesitate to come back to this villa and cannot recommend it more highly.

From start to finish Theo was fantastic, it was the first time I’ve used villa so was a little nervous, he certainly helped put my mind at ease. From arranging airport transfers for 3 separate groups to recommending our dining/night life Theo was on the ball. The driving service was a must and can’t imagine how difficult the island would of been getting around without it. It is expensive, but worth it. Alex and his team were great and nothing was too much of an ask. the villa is absolutely beautiful. We were a group of 7 girls and slept comfortably, getting ready was easy with lots of space. We felt safe there and knew if we ever needed anything at anytime, Theo would be there. I highly recommend this place to any group that would love a clean, self catering stay on a very beautiful island.

I stayed in this villa for five days with six other friends (total of seven guests). We all had a great time. As a host, Theo was very attentive and available at all times, night or day and before and during our stay. He even gave us a phone to use while there which we could call him on since most of our phones were turned off (roaming). The villa was perfect. It met or exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures don’t do the view from the pool justice. And the house was in great condition and well stocked when we arrived. We were comfortably able to sleep seven people. The villa was in a good location, about a ten to fifteen minute ATV ride from the town and close enough to the big beaches. I would definitely stay in this again and would recommend it to my friends!

We booked Villa Azzuro for 5 nights for a joint birthday party. We could not speak more highly of our experience, the villa went above and beyond our expectations! (The photos don’t do it justice, the place is more amazing in person!) Alex (Theo’s partner) greeted us at the airport with a warm welcome, as we had many requests concerning surprise birthday celebrations he kept reassuring us “Everything is possible in Mykonos” which by the end of our stay, I can gladly tell you he is right. 😉 On my birthday, the girls booked a surprise birthday massage through Theo, they also provide most spa treatments right at the villa which was perfect option us to have! I would advise renting a car as there are only about 30 taxi’s on the island, Theo was great at guiding and helping us with transport! The villa is a very comfortable size, in fact it is quite a lot larger than it looks in the photos, the pool was also a great size and fitted us more than comfortably. A big thank you to Alex and Theo for making our holiday and birthdays that bit more special! We could not have been more happy with our stay and will be returning to stay in August! 😉

We were a group of 8 and fit very comfortably. The villa itself was absolutely stunning, it was furnished beautifully and the villa was brand new and in pristine condition. The views were breath-taking, with a perfect view of sunset. After returning from the beaches, it was great to take a dip in the massive pool to watch sunset. The location is great, very close to town – would definitely recommend renting a car as it makes getting around the entire island much easier!!

Theo is a warm and friendly host. He greeted us at the ferry terminal and arranged for taxis to pick us up. The house is architecturally very interesting. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The outdoor area is breathtaking- unobstructed views , can see Naxos. The pool is cleaned daily and is lovely. The seating area is shaded and very comfortable. The bay below has clear, warm beautiful water. One of the best beaches we experienced. The beach is not crowded but it’s a good 15-20 min. hike. Neighborhood is very quiet but is is right beside another house and you may hear the neighbors if they are in the outside area. 99% of the time it was peaceful and extremely relaxing. This house is away from all the noise and bustle. It is quite isolated and notice amenities. In the Bay Area there are 2restaurants. The cafeteria restaurant is quite good. There is everything you need to have a fabulous stay- washing machine, BBQ, wifi, even a complimentary local cell phone etc. We did not rent a car and took the bus/taxi .Theo came by at 5:00 am to see us off and arranged taxis. This place was perfect for our 2 families of 4.

Seven friends and I rented this villa from Theo at Mykonian Villas. He did a superb job with every aspect of our visit. The property met all of our expectations and was even more beautiful than the pictures. He also were extremely helpful with renting cars, simple recommendations and reservations for our large party as well as arrangements to rent a sailboat on one day of our trip. I would highly recommend working with Theo – he understands his business very well and want to make sure that visitors enjoy their time in Greece. This place is a little bit of paradise. The house is simply sublime, and ever better than the photos. There is lots of space for all – we were two adults and four children (14/14/12/8 years old). Our co-host, Athina, went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome to Syros, recommending addresses for eating and great places to visit. I won’t give away all her secrets, but she made our stay very special. A car rental is needed to stay here, but it’s totally worth the extra cost (60€-80€ rental/day) in order to visit this beautiful island. Un petit coin de paradis sur terre, la maison est très grande et largement suffisante pour nous six (2 adultes et 4 enfants de 14 ans, 14 ans, 12 ans et 8 ans). La maison est tellement belle et de très bon gout, les photos ne la rendent même pas justice. Nous étions accueillis par Athina, qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Elle est un vrai carnet d’adresses pour les bonnes tables et les plages de rêve. Il est indispensable de louver une voiture pour se déplacer, mais le cout de 60€-80€ par jour de location vaut tellement la peine pour profiter au maximum de cette belle ile.

First of all I’d like to say that Syros is one of the most beautiful islands of Cyclades. Great destination, with lots of things to see and do! The house is located very close to Ermoupolis and has very easily access. The rooms were very clean! What amazed us the most was the indoor Jacuzzi (hot tub)!! Very spacious, very private, great for relaxing with nice view and soft lights creating an incredible atmosphere – a great choice for any period of year..! Don’t miss it! We spent a whole week in this lovely place and we truly believe we made the right choice. The house is fantastic, very well restored with a lot of taste and surrounded by an orchard. We had a real feeling of authenticity. The villa has everything you could need. Very, very comfortable. Athina welcomed us at the Ermoupolis harbour. She was extremely responsive via text and email and made sure everything was easy for us. The main town and the beaches are not very far away but you will definitely need a car. We will really miss this home and the wonderful island of Syros. This is truly a hidden gem. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la villa Gaïa. Cette grande maison a été restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et un souci de l’authenticité. Les espaces sur deux niveaux sont très spacieux. Elle est en outre très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine et la buanderie. La villa est entourée d’un jardin agréable où poussent des oliviers. Athina nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée au port et s’est révélée une merveilleuse hôtesse plein d’attentions et bons conseils. A noter qu’une voiture est indispensable car la maison est située en pleine campagne. L’île est très belle et encore relativement peu fréquentée. Nous recommandons notamment le nord et ses plages encore vierges (comme Lia – 45 minutes de marche qui valent la peine) ou le restaurant Iliouvasilema (Sunset) à la plage de Galissas, étonnamment créatif et abordable.

Très belle maison moderne de style design , très fonctionnelle et parfaitement adaptée à un séjour entre amis. Intérieur très soigné et de bon goût. Nous avons adoré la grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer . Vraiment tout était parfait. Juste à côté de la maison on accède à une crique pour se baigner dans une eau particulièrement limpide et d’un bleu superbe. Il y a un aussi un beau jardin à l’entrée de la maison. Notre séjour n’aurait pas été aussi réussi sans le support et la gentillesse de Kostas ( partenaire de Thanasis) qui a été un hôte parfait , répondant efficacement à toutes nos demandes. Je n’ai qu’une envie , c’est de revenir dans ce lieu magique que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent calme , sérénité et beauté naturelle.

This house has been a dream. It’s the perfect location if you want to visit all the island. Each day started with breakfast in the patio and we used to have also aperitivo there after the beach because the sight is breathless. You can see the sunrise behind the mountain on the right and the sunset to the sea on the left. The bed is comfortable, all the doors and windows have a magnet in order to keep them open despite the wind (so convenient) and outside is possible to hang the swimwear and towels up. We slept so well since the place is very quiet but we felt safe as well since there are other houses nearby. It’s beautiful watch the falling stars outside! Vasilis was our house referent and we couldn’t have anyone better: nice and professional he fulfilled all our requests: we communicated through (Hidden by Airbnb) and he answered very quickly. PS: for the breakfast in the patio do the shopping at Aliprantis bakery and the yogurt shop in the front of it! Best dinner places: Magaya is very close, Klarinos in Lefkes if you like meat and Safran for a special night.

We loved the short walk to the beach and the drive to the nearest village was short. The only small issue we had was with the rental car people. Otherwise this was such a great place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at Thanasis and Kostas house! My team of 5 was looking for a nice house near the beach to relax and work together. This splendid place more than delivered! The location is just magical, steps from the beautiful Faranga beach. The internet was great, as was the bedding and other amenities. There’s even an herb garden and pizza oven. Kostas was so helpful, arranging rides, renting scooters and making excellent dinner reservations. When we come back to Paros, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at villa Ernesto during 2 weeks in early August. First, the welcome from our host was perfect and someone could be joined anytime for any support. The house is modern, very nice, the inner space is great and very comfortable. The outdoor is awesome: a large terrace with a breath-taking view to the sea and to the port, a comfortable pool which shares the same view. The sunset on the sea is gorgeous. We enjoyed the two seated spots on the terrace: one which is very comfortable with built-in sofas, one which is always protected from the sun in order to have breakfast, lunch and diner. The meltem wind makes the heat totally bearable by stroking your body gently. The neighborhood is very calm as well and the house is well isolated from other villas: it is located on a hill on which there are few other inhabitations, which makes it seat in the middle of the nature. The Parasporos beach is 8 minutes from the house and is a great place. You are 5 minutes by car / scooter from the shops where you may find bread, bakeries, yoghourt, fruits and vegetables and mini-markets where you may find anything. This is an ideal place for spending vacations far from the crowd, in Paros, which is a beautiful easy-living island. We highly recommend Villa Ernesto and hope that we will have the opportunity to experience it again!

We stayed here with four adults, 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a baby and it was absolutely perfect. The beach is just a short walk from the villa which worked really well because we didn’t have to all coordinate to go the beach or back to the house at the same time. The beach is fantastic for swimming and relaxing and there is also a very pleasant restaurant with excellent food. The house itself is beautiful and we also enjoyed just relaxing there. My only regret is not staying longer. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

Excellent house and amazing stay. Stunning views from the house, very peaceful, modern decoration, newly renovated – don’t think you can do any better than this in Paros. The beach is a stone throw’s away – one with pebbles and incredible blue waters and on the other side an organised beach with sun beds and easy listening music. Theo and Kostas were so professional and made us feel really welcome – five stars guys, thank you! Nothing seemed too much to ask for them. The cleaning lady, Aspasia, came every day with a smile on her face, and was very thorough. An added surprise was the organic vegetable garden from which we picked tomatoes, peppers, aubergines etc for our lunch and dinner. Perfect all round and highly recommended!

This place is amazing. Everything is perfect- it is well appointed with 4 bedroom suites that all have those own en suite bath. The views are incredible and it sits above one of the nicest private beach clubs in the world. The outdoor living space is incredible, I can not say enough about this home and the service that was delivered. You do need a car, this is not in the middle of town (which we prefer ….) it is an oasis on the island of Paros.

Villa Melia in Tinos is fabulous! It is a beautiful house with a fantastic view, a lot of space, many nice and quiet corners if you travel a large group – and it has an absolutely outstanding decoration! Villa Melia is even better than the pictures presented. The rent of Villa Melia also includes pool man, maid and fresh towels on a daily basis. It is located 2,3 km south of Triantaros (just opposite of the apartments ‘Crystal View’) and 5,8 km northeast of Tinos Port. I would recommend rent of a car, however taxi down to Tinos Centre is approx. 8-10 Euro. Theo is a very good host. He was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up at the ferry, presented the house and all the installations carefully, gave us many nice and useful tips of the island and he answered quick and fast on any questions we had during the weeks. I am a hotelier in Copenhagen, Denmark and I can give my very best recommendations on both Villa Melia and Thanasis. We will be back!

We were made incredibly welcome. The house was beautiful, even more beautiful than the photos. We were a party of three families (6 adults, 6 kids of various ages) sharing the villa and the space was perfect, lovely outside areas, lots of places to chill separately and together. The house is really special. Tinos is an interesting non touristy island, lots of fabulous restaurants. Only downside was the wind at times, but the house a real sanctuary when it was too strong to go to the beach. Thank you to Theo and his team, they were super helpful and charming throughout our stay, right to the end when they looked after our bags when we had a day on Mykonos waiting for our plane home. As was the charming lady who owns the house, she gave us some wonderful suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you

La maison est très belle une architecture parfaite avec des matériaux de qualité et énormément de goût. Très agréable pour 8 personnes et les terrasses permettent de vivre à l’extérieur en permanence. Le paysage est superbe une vue à couper le souffle. L’environnement est extrement calme et c’est un point de départ idéal pour rayonner dans toute l’île. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Vaggelis qui a facilité notre installation et nous a permis de rester dans la maison alors que notre bateau de retour avait été retardé à cause du vent.

La maison est en pierres, très archi, très grecque, très inspirante. Une tour de guet face à la mer Egée, avec une piscine fraîche, profonde et irrésistible !
