The house is located at a scenic part of Paros overlooking the beautiful Aliki village which is 2 km away. Hidden for full privacy with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and Antiparos Island. The internal and external designed has been constructed to fit in with the carefree surroundings, offered to you.
The complex offers two villas, two pools and a helipad.
The facilities offered to you in each villa consist of four bedrooms and three bathrooms At the ground floor, a large open plan lounge dining area is available to you with a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to an outdoor dining area, situated on the large terrace, which is accompanied with a barbeque. Outside, you will, of course, be able to chill out by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. At the first floor there is a master bedroom, and at the lower level there are two bedrooms with a bathroom. Finally, between the two villas there is also a separate guest room (upon request). The house is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or lunch, there is a dishwasher and washing machine, iron, hairdryer, satellite TV. It is air-conditioned with onsite private parking, wireless internet, bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, coffee maker and alarm system.
The villa is located to the North side of Paros. You are a 10-minute drive away from the airport and 5-minute from the picturesque and seaside village called Alyki. The centre of Paros, Paroikia is a 20-minute drive away. Lastly, Naousa, the heart of entertainment is 30-minutes.
There are several scenic routes surrounding the villas, perfect for exploration. There are beautiful beaches nearby such as “Faragas”, “Piso Aliki”, “Agios Nikolaos” etc. Situated around the Island’s beaches are award-winning restaurants cafes and, ouzeri.
The house is very close to the main road where public transport will be available. We can arrange taxi transport or car rental if you wish.
